After performing the Requisiton import, create release the job PO_REQ_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL (Check Event Alert) runs and completes with ERROR status.  The parameters are: APPS, PO_REQ_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL, AABBjiAAfAAAA5sAAc, I, MAILID, 91. 

What is causing this issue?
