Web Client Exception in P12214 Depreciation Schedule when change the Thru Date/Period

We get Web Client Exception when running P12214 Change Thru Date/Period to 2/28/11 Prior. 

Message from webpage: 

      WEB CLIENT EXEPTION: An exception has been caught by the Web client.  Please contact your system administrator.  Exception getting grid from cache - A manual deletion of disk cache files may have occured.

     I searched and found the document id 1052856.1 indicated the solution for upgrade tool realease from 8.97 to 8.98.  We are in E812 Application and 8.97.23 Tools Release.

The 1052856.1 is for application 030200, P30201, P41280 and not for P12214.   The white paper also suggested to check JAS.INI for GlobalPageSize and Section Size.  We have GlobalPageSize=50 and SectionSize=200.  (See attached related info).  Please let me know if you have any suggestion.  Thanks.
