Interactivity in report not working

I am troubleshooting a report created by another developer. It just stopped working suddenly. This report drills down to other reports and is displayed with prompt on a dashboard.

The user sees a bar chart which drills down to another bar chart (that displays a segment or addl info on previous chart) and then user should be able to drill down to a table displaying results.  The table does not display. Why would this report stop working? Would it have been impacted by an additional filter (there was one added for Stage)?  I attempted to recreate the report  and just use the table to recreate the charts and then put all charts under a View Selector.  I notice that when I select the "license manager" and "contract manager" views from View Selector
