Open UI - Training Suggestions

With the Siebel Open UI enhancement coming out soon we are looking to develop a training plan for the team to make sure their skill set get updated to support the new UI capabilities.
Has anyone seen any training offered from Oracle around the new UI?
Or, do you have any suggestions for training courses (free and/or paid) that would help a team get up to speed on the functionality the new UI is suppose to have?
