Patch 4138754 : Clarification needed

Hi All,

We are on 11.5.9 CU2, JDK 1.4.2_12.

We are in the process of upgrading Developer 6i PS 17 from 12. We have refered "README-Config-PFJ.html" of interoperability patch - 4138754.

As per README-Config-PFJ.html - "Oracle Applications and Perspective for Java Readme", we must apply additional patches for these products : 1. CSF - 1587464 and 2. MSC - 1845736.

These both patch already exist on the system without it's pre-requisites.
 Pre-requisite of exist Patch - 1587464 are : 1. 1306413:Family Pack 1 and 2.1455713:Service Roll-up Patch 2 (ASCP does not installed on the system) does not exist on the system.

Kindly let us know, what to do with patch 1306413 and 1455713 (ASCP is not installed) as
