Difference in OCA behavior between ASAP 5.2.4 and 7.0.2

After upgrading from ASAP 5.2.4 to 7.0.2, below issue with OCA application was observed.

Compound parameters are not getting deleted or updated from OCA.

In ASAP 5.2.4 - Compound parameters can be deleted or updated from OCA.
In ASAP 7.0.2 - Compound parameters are not getting deleted or updated from OCA.

This was seen when a failed work order was to be resubmitted and therefore the compound parameter elements were tried with update and delete from OCA work order details window.
