I can't show disk on RAID Controller configuration

 Hello All,

I've got some problem on my X4170 Server.
When i want to format the disk, suddenly i power off the server. After that the disk doesn't recognize on RAID Controller for creating RAID.
Any solution for this problem on the disk?

The disk isn't amber and looks fine. Just can't initialized by the server.
