how to forward the PO from Notification to another person ...

 Hi Gurus how are u ?? hope u all ok ..Based on the PO approval the notification of PO goes to the director (2nd last position to approve the PO) and director also receives the notification to give his approval but now director want to forward the document to another director because he thinks another director is liable to give the approval for this PO and he take this decision based on the items under this PO.... now if director trying to forward the document from notification to another director but is now forwading and notification is still retain with him .....
