patch 7303030 FAILED: file fvfs.odf

On :  12.0.6 version, Patch Application Issues
When attempting to apply patch 7303030 the worker failed with
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-04013: number to CACHE must be less than one cycle


occurred while executing the SQL statement:

ALTER SEQUENCE FV.FV_PAYMENT_SUMMARY_SCH_S MAXVALUE 999 CYCLE

customer not a US federal financial customer
and the sequence already exists so  can safely skip the failed worker

but another worker is failed
