Approval access with sysadmin grants

Hi Gurus,

Most of us face approval hierarchy issues with our clients. During testing we face problems like Purchase Order is in process but pending from the supervisor(B). To approve it we need Supervisor(B) credentials.

Sample Hierarchy : A --> B --> C

For that we need to do one setup in sysadmin,so that we can directly approve the PO without login as supervisor(B).

Any one of you have idea on this setup. This setup will help us in testing the approval issues.
