Advice on SC 3.3 5/11 in face of SC 4.0

Hello,
What features of SC 3.3 should I avoid in order to a smooth transition to SC 4.0 later?
Perhaps I should start by avoiding What's Not Included in the Oracle Solaris Cluster 4.0 Software.
But are there other features of SC 3.3 that I'd better avoid or, put another way, are there starter/popular setups for ZFS file systems, web servers and oracle database?
