admrgpch errors with patch 12807777

Problem Description

I am trying to merge 5 patches:
12807777
12807777 (German NLS version)
12807777 (French NLS version)
12807777 (Latin American Spanish NLS version)
12807777 (Brazilian Portuguese NLS version)

After running admrgpch to merge the 5 patches, the following error is displayed:

ERROR

Adncnv completed with lossy conversion issues.
STOP_TASK: [Character-set converting files] [Mon Aug 27 2012 12:26:38]
5 unified drivers merged.
Patch merge completed, with lossy conversion issues.
Please check the log file at ./admrgpch.log.
