How to select the correct discount out of multiple discounts for a single Impact category?

Hi,

I have configured an Impact category A for a special number 33xxx11.

BRM ScenarioDiscountImpact categoryvoice call to specific 33xxx115%IC1Video call 33xxx1110%IC1

We can make voice and video calls to these special numbers and each of these calls is discounted at the rates mentioned in the above table.

We have seperate 5 and 10% discounts(with seperate rule, triggers and discount masters)

Now in the discount master, I have added the Impact category as IC1 and the service code as VOICE|VIDEO.

Even if a voice call is made, both the discounts are getting triggered and the total discount is 10+5 = 15%
