Grid infraestruture installation in high-end server IBM P780

We are planning to install an oracle Grid infraestructe with two servers in a IBM server P780 high-end server, where time two virtual machines (Lpar).
Are there some particularities or relevant points for installation of oracle grid in a virtualized environment as IBM P780?
In this type of environment we have distributed virtual network interfaces for the domains, there is some documentation of "best practices" for this type of installation with high-end servers.
I searched the metalink and not found.
