RAC cluster issues- while the groups and permissions were changed by the Sysadmins

Our sysadmins moved the authentication from local to ldap/AD meaning the UID and GID on the os users and groups changed, after that the two node cluster and the registered databases won't come up properly. The document  that speaks about it 1171674.1.   I need help on how the uninstall and reinstall the grid infrastruce and the oracle binaries for the database, i have good backups taken. I don't want lose the cluster.

the spfile,ocr and voting disks are all in asm.
