How do we configure the SETID for the Audience prompt in the Manage Profile Updates component?

I am prototyping the Manage Profile Updates tool in our development environment. I noticed that the SETID on the Audience prompt is defaulting to a value that is different then the SETID I provided on the Manage Profile Updates search page.For example, while accessing the Manage Profile Updates component, I clicked on the 'Add Profile Update' button. Next I selected 'NGRAD' as the Audience SETID. Then I clicked on the 'Add a New Profile Update' button.
The problem is when I clicked on the Audience prompt - that's when the prompt search returns no results even though I have audiences defined under the NGRAD SETID. I clicked on the 'Advance Lookup' link in the prompt window and verified that the SETID field on display(which is read-only) for the prompt is NT752.
