OAM/EBS time-out setup

Recently there's been an upgrade from the old 10g SSO to the 11g OAM

Since then, the environment has become very unstable in the way that Forms sessions get intterrupted, are not allowed to be continued (after time-out lock), or cannot even start at all.

Prior to that, nothing has been changed on the EBS servers. The clients are gradually moving to Internet Explorer 8, but we believe this is not relevant for the issue. The client Java has remained version 6.

But on the SSO-part, we believe there is a bad interaction between SSO (now via OAM) and EBS. I would like to get some more details on proven time-out setup (ICX profile options and such) for anybody also having this new setup.
