Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Bug 13413837 [http://bug.oraclecorp.com/pls/bug/webbug_edit.edit_info_top?rptno=13413837] - View merging not done on outer joined views with dblinks

Both the Bugs are listed to be affecting 11.2.0.3 and fixed too but the Note:1449750.1 for details of fixes in each 11.2.0.3 PSU doesn't show the Bugs 12341619 & 13413837
