Hello,
I'm hitting an issue on an E-Business Suite installation over Amazon AMI. The problem that I'm hitting is precisely documented in note 413164.1

With the installation over Amazon cloud, customers do not have an option of changing hostnames to suit Oracle requirements (atleast in terms of number of chars of hostname/domainname as in this case). This is a very specific scenario and unfortunately, the bug# referred on that note is not publicly visible.

Can we have information from Oracle Support on the bug as to whether that bug is being progressed as a probable patch?
