When copying an Opportunity I need to give the option to copy any related Quotes

When a user chooses to copy an Opportunity, I need to display a yes/no box: "Do you want to copy the associated Quote(s) on this Opportunity?", if the user clicks Yes, then the Opty and associated Quotes need to be copied, if the user clicks No, then only copy the Opty and not the Quote(s).

I can't even get a Quote to copy using Deep Copy as as test.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
