Why does Journal Entry Conversion (P09110) start to go into a loop?

To assign batch number the program checks on the F0011 for batch type G and batch number equal to zero.  If the record exists the program gets into a loop and never ends.  You will have to kill the process to finish.  There should not be a record like that on the F0011. To fix the error inquire on the Batch Header Revisions program (P0011) for batch type G and batch number = 0, then delete the record.
