Driver: Error Occured ORA-01858: a non-numeric character was found where a numeric was expected

We are on Agile 9.3.1.2 and we use SCMnet to interface from Agile to Oracle EBS 11.5.10.2. Sometimes we get this error message when we are processing an MCO to define a new part number, but not on every MCO for new part numbers.

Error Message:  Driver: Error Occured ORA-01858: a non-numeric character was found where a numeric was expected

Has anyone else had this same issue?

Does anyone know what might be causing this error?
