"File F0003JA in library *LIBL not found or inline data file missing" error when signing on in relea

After upgrading to A92 or A93 and attempting to sign on, the following error occurs: "File F0003JA in library *LIBL not found or inline data file missing" . The cause for this error is because  the action code security files (F0003, F0003T, and all logicals) are missing in the library located in position 701 of the QJDF data area (Control File Library). BUG # 14498946 has been entered to address the issue, but the workaround in the meantime is to specify your A92 or A93 JDFDATA library in the library located in position 701 of the QJDF data area.
