11gr2 two RAC cluster with ASM-restore and recovery

Can somebody point me to link or a metalink document on how to rebuild a lost cluster and datatbase using rman backup.

ocr backup using ocrconfig -export  is there and the backup of the database is taken. What happened was the $GRIID BINARIES AND ORACLE BINARIES got messed up when our sysadmins changed the uid and gid (basically the groups and permissions got disturbed)
