Feild Validation

Hi,

Need some help. I am trying to create a pretty basic field validation but I keep getting an syntax error.

On the contact page, I created another checkbox under never email called never call and a short text field under that. Basically what I want is the user to get a message on their screen to provide a reason if they check either the never call or never email or both check boxes.

Any suggestions?
