ASN and Actual Receipt Transaction Against PO

Hi,

We have following process and need to know how to get the ASN status updated.

(1) Buyer Creates PO

(2)Supplier access through ASN and creates ASN

(3)ASCP plan shows it as Intransit when data collected and Plan re-run.

(4)Create Receipt against the PO using WMS,but choose to create Receipt against PO and NOT USE the ASN shipment record.

(5)PO Line is received and put away.

(6)ASN status in Manage shipment is stil 'Expected" and donot change to Received/Closed.

(7)ASCP workbench still show ASN as Intransit.

This gives a incorrect picture - is there a way system will automatically close ASN irespective of receipt not done using the ASN shipment?
