Upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.1 - applied Patch 6678700:
Few PIJ xdf files failing with ORA-54015 While upgrading from EBS 11.5.10 to 12.1.1, patch 6678700 fails
Worker log contains the following:
Start time for statement above is Mon Aug 27 17:28:30 PDT 2012
Exception occured ORA-54015: Duplicate column expression was specified
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AD_MV", line 131
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AD_MV", line 289
ORA-06512: at line 1

followed with :
FAILED: file pji_av_orgo_f_mv.xdf on worker 1.
FAILED: file pji_fp_clso_et_wt_f_mv.xdf on worker 2.
FAILED: file pji_fp_clso_f_mv.xdf on worker 3.
FAILED: file pji_fp_orgo_et_f_mv.xdf on worker 5.
