Encountered ORA-01461: can bind a LONG value only for insert into a LONG column , error while strea

Hi,
   My environment details are given below,

Source - Oracle EBS R12 (12.1.3)  with rdbms versions 11.2.0.3.0
Target - Oracle EBS R12 (12.1.3)  with rdbms versions 11.2.0.3.0


I have configured oracle streams to replicate 45 EBS R12 schemas from source Db to Target DB using Downstreaming process.
I set negative rules for all unsupported object using  DBA_STREAMS_UNSUPPORTED tables, and it was running fine.


Q1. Can anybody please let me know whether it is technically feasible to replicate arond 45 EBS R12 schema in Target Oracle DB?


Downstream process were working fine in development environment, DML and DDL statements were also replicating correctly.
After running for 7-8 days, suddenly Apply process is ABORTED.
