EnterpriseOne Case Management & Customer Relationship Management for Support- Are they SAME??

hello,

We have purchased Licences for EnterpriseOne case management, would like to know if it is CRM for support? and will it work alone with out CRM foundation suite.?  Is CRM for sales a seperate suite for which licences will have to be purchased seperately.
