Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to prevent CUSTOM.pll and CUSTOM.plx get overwritten during Patch application or upgrade?

Issue:

Applied an EBC - Receivables patch.

Observe that the custom.pll used by our client has been replaced by the seeded custom.pll version.

Please help.
