patch 6678700 12.1.1 fails on Exception in thread "main" java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: Io except

Hi,
We are applying patch 6678700 12.1.1 fails on Exception in thread "main" java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: Io exception: Connection reset
Can't restart adworkers, if starting from scretch fails again.

Error when install 6678700 all workers fail - java error " Exception in thread "main" java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: Io exception: Connection reset"

Install 6678700  worker=25 batchsize=5000
Start with   136361 jobs  after 36000 Jobs it's failed .
We have tried  4 times to install (from the begining)  every time it's failed with same error but in different place.
Also we look for note and do as wrote ---  SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT=120 ,  But we get the same Error
    " Upgrading from 11i to R12.x, Applying patches 9239090 or 6678700 all workers fail - java error "Exception in thread "main" java.sql.SQLRecoverableException"
