patch 13434486 creates in index AR_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES_N17 with different properties:

Error on patch 13434486 on 11.5.10.2 environment but a minor error has been detected during patches install.

Patches have tried to create twice an index with different properties:
create index AR_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES_N17 on AR_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES_ALL(gl_date_closed,due_date)
create index AR_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES_N17 on AR_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES_ALL(customer_id, actual_date_closed)
