Test result entry for multiple samples

Hi ,

We are using P3711 within JDE E1 9.0 to report quality test result for a lot. We have set QSSZ ( Sample size ) = 3 against the desired quality test definition ( P3701 ).

When try to report quality test result for a lot using P3711 and selecting "new sample" from Form exit system is defaulting only 1 line for the test result entry.  What we want is there should be 3 lines populated against which we can enter test result as sample size is set to 3.

Can any one suggest what else needs to be checked ?
