Not able to login as default language

Hi All,

We use Single Sign on to login to our Peoplesoft environments online.

We are facing an issue . Our default language is Swedish. When we are login into HRMS system from intranet portal , its login correctly in swedish and while going to CRM from HRMS , we are able to login in Swedish , the preffered language.

But when we are directly trying to login into CRM from intranet protal , its login in in English where as we want it in Swedish.and its happening for a single user.

Please let me knwo if someone cam across this issue and poosible places/configurations  where we can check and correct it..
