Orphaned events in SLA

Hi,

We have two receipts created with CC error code as IBY_0004. Thereafter when we run the Create Accounting program for the update event of these receipts we have the update events not picked by the Create Accounting program. they come as Orphaned events.

Can you please explain what is the exact reason for getting the error code as IBY_0004 in the receipts.
