Installling an EAM Asset in a Project via Asset Tracking

I am trying to install an Asset and assign a Project. But Project and task entry fields are grayed out in the web form as below. I am in Asset tracking super user responsibility and using Item instance -> Deployment page
Trying to find how I can assign an Asset to a Project
