How do I find out whether 11i.FP.G is applied

I got a request to apply 7130272 patch to our 11i environment.  However  as per readme applicable family pack for this patch is 11i.FP.G .   First of all what is 11i.FP.G? How do I find out  whether  11i.FP.G is applied or not?
