This thread will address your issue

When we applying the patches ( 13563472:R12.AP.B and 12373594:R12.AP.B ) getting below error.

Form Compilation Error
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
au resource APPCORE.pll

Please check and confirm.
