When taking the bank account reconciliation option off menu G0921, an error message is received. Pa

When taking the bank account reconciliation option off menu G0921, an error message is received.  Partial message is "P09131- version ZJDE0001 contains no records".  Why am I receiving this error?

Make sure that the the account id in the data selection of the refresh reconciliation file (P09130) and the bank account reconciliation (P09131) are the same.
