Problem Description

We are running our latest sample migration from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3.  During the application of 9239090 - the 12.1.3 upgrade patch, I have several workflows that failed.  The specifics are listed below along with notes on the research that I did to try to resolve the errors.
