BI Publisher - How to display Pivot Table labels for Rows?

 We'd like to be able to display the labels for the row headings on Pivot Tables in BI Publisher:

E.g

We want a pivot table like this:

                       Date

Customers      1/1/2000   2/1/2000

1                       10000      20000

2                      20000      3000

3                     40000       50000

And currently we haven't found a way to display the 'Customers' label above the pivot table rows, so it just looks like this

                       Date

                       1/1/2000   2/1/2000

1                       10000      20000

2                      20000      3000

3                     40000       50000

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the Pivot Table Rows label to appear?
