HRMS Multi Tenancy Functionality Query

One of my user  going to implement HRMS Multi-tenancy.


I would like to the know the following.


1. After go live, In some stage one of the client wants their data . How to separate it and give to them.

2. One of the client wants to backup before they change functionally. We backed up and then
  if they stuffed up and wants to restore it .
 a.  How to backup and restore data for each client separately ?

Is it possible to take backup of a separate tenant data alone from the database ?
