Bugs can appear if we still use 9i ?

Hi all,

   We have been using version 9.2.0.4 64 bit on AIX 5.3

   In the future, we maybe upgrade to 11g but I have a question : If we still use 9i and database grow up day by day (example, it maybe is >=400GB), so we can meet some bugs from 9i ? My mind is if still use 9i and size of database very large ==> Are there some bugs from 9i, and now, oracle not support 9i !
