Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

adpatch Issue

HI Team,
After the patch is finished by running the adpatch,
The 3 services (shown below) were not restored by the patch
We tried to create the 3 services that were removed before running the patch
by issung  the following 3 commands :

d:\oracle\prodcomn\admin\install\PROD_efg-orcebus\adsvapc.cmd -install
was successfully created the service

d:\oracle\prodcomn\admin\install\PROD_efg-orcebus\adsvfrm.cmd -install
was successfully created the service

d:\oracle\prodcomn\util\OamkSvc.exe -si "Oracle Fulfillment Server PROD_efg-orcebus"
--- this last above command was not working fine !!!!!----

I checked the readme of the patch it says :
