Employee display format change for existing employees

 Hi Folks,

Initially we have decided to use first name and last name as display name and uploaded employees.

After 3 months we realized that we need to use middle name as display name, If I change the setup existing employees display is not changing? is there any solution to make it display name as middle name for all these employees.
