Patch 13024047: Unable to apply the patch 13024047

Hi Team,

Customer installed patch 13024047, it generated a known error and therefore Customer installed patch 13387120. Patch 13387120 was installed successfully and then they installed patch 13024047 GENERIC successfully. Unfortunately the language 13024047 patches (G, E, F and NL) generated errors with the following reports:
report - executable - concurrent program
CEPURGE.rdf   - CEPURGE - Archive/Purge Bank Statements
CEXCSHTR.rdf - CEXCSHTR - Cash In Transit Report
CEXINERR.rdf - CEXINERR - AutoReconciliation Execution Report
CEXRECRE.rdf - CEXRECRE - General Ledger Reconciliation Report
CEXTRXCD.rdf - CEXTRXCD - Bank Transaction Codes Listing

They've completed these 13024047 language patches with 'Continue as if it were successful [No] : Yes' because They  thought these reports can be compiled manually. Please advice on this error?
