Smart forms developed in iprocurement can we use it for other modules as well

 Hi Folks,
If we create new smart form iprocurement, can we use this form for other modules as well.

Ex:- We have requirement in AR/AP/Treasury modules, user requesting us to create a custom html form  , if we create these forms can we use in those modules without any link into iprocurement?
