How to check our Inventory?

Dear Experts,

As there are two ways of auditing Inventory 1) Physical Inventory Counting and 2) Cycle Counting.

But in both methods only we can see the on hand quantity of the Inventory. Is there any other method through which we can see our Inventory and its transactions that how much items comes in the inventory and to where they issue?
