Sql profiles are "Manual" - Why they are not "Auto"?

Hi experts.I 'am attaching all the profiles implemented in finprd - database for Peoplesoft, but I notice they have in the Type = "MANUAL" instead of AUTO.

I want to know if they are automatically running when encounter with this statement again and what can be done to change its status to "AUTO".
