perl adcfgclone.pl failed in error

Hi,

I have an error after running perl adcfgclone.pl  appsTier failed in error

RC-50004: Fatal: Error occurred in ApplyAppsTechStack:
RC-50013: Fatal: Failed to instantiate driver /test/d01/oracle/testora/8.0.6/app
sutil/driver/instconf.drv

Please can you help or give any idea to resolve this issue .

I've found the same error in note 389950.1 but i need to know if i can follow the steps when the user are logged in  or i 've to logged them out and try the solution .
